Rafael Armengol, pintor.

Rafael Armengol Machí nace en Benimodo el 1940. Cultiva la serialización de imágenes y el uso de la reproducción litográfica. Inicialmente su obra aparecía frecuentemente junto a la de M. Boix y A. Heras , así sucede en la exposición monográfica “Trilogía monoteísta” del 1964. Entre la obra posterior destacan “Cant èpic” (1968), “Honors a la guerra” (1973). Hay cuadros de él, ejemplos de su modo particular de practicar el neorrealismo, en el Museo de San Carlos de Valencia, en el Museo Municipal de Valencia y en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Ibiza. El 1986 expone en la Sala Parpalló (Valencia) una antología de su  producción pictórica comprendida entre los años 1965 y 1985.

Rafael Armengol Machí

The 1940 are born in Benimodo. It cultivates the serialización of images and the use of the litográfica reproduction. Initially its work appeared frequently next to the one of M. Boix and A. Heras, thus happens in the monographic exhibition "Trilogía monotheist" of the 1964. Between the later work emphasizes "Cant èpic" (1968)"Honors to the war" (1973). There are pictures of him, examples of its particular way to practice the neorealism, in the Museum of San Carlos of Valencia, in the Municipal Museum of Valencia and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Ibiza. The 1986 expose in the Parpalló Room (Valencia) an anthology of its included understood pictorial production between years 1965 and 1985.
